About this site

Garth Seehawer

As a pre-med student, I spend endless hours learning- sometimes on campus, sometimes in my study cave – but there is more to my life than college. I have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to indulge my craving for exploration and express my deep commitment to our world. This site is my opportunity to celebrate my experiences, explore my thoughts, and provide a holistic perspective of my life.

If you are looking for opinions on whether the insouciant mélange of spices in restaurant’s salmoriglio sauce offends the salmon, or advice on which attractions and activities are worth your time and treasure, look elsewhere. This isn’t a travel blog. Nor is it an environmental, political, technical, instructional, medical, or media blog. It is a personal journal.

I acknowledge that, like Whitman, “I too am untranslatable”; that won’t deter me from providing scintillating fragments of experience, musing, and passion, knowing the mosaic will never be complete. This may not be a Rosetta stone, but I offer it as insight.
